Successful applicants must be between 18 – 26 at the time of travel
Applicants agree to the use of their name and photo being used on Gap 360 and Amazing Thailand’s social media pages, website and in any other marketing/press as well as in their own school/university's communications
Successful applicants must provide blogs and photos of their experience for use on Gap 360’s social media, website and any other marketing or press, including Amazing Thailand and communications from the school/university they attended
Providing there is availability, successful applicants are able to travel on a Gap 360 tour at any time – there is no time limit on this prize
The grant must be used by the named successful applicant, it is non-transferable
Each grant winner must redeem part of their grant allocation on a trip to Thailand
Providing a trip to Thailand is within the grant winner's trip itinerary the remaining value of each travel grant can be redeemed against any Gap 360 programme, providing programme eligibility criteria (where applicable) is met
The travel grant will be awarded in the form of credit and can only be redeemed against Gap 360 programmes. There is no cash alternative.
If a successful applicant has an upcoming trip booked with Gap 360 prior to being awarded a travel grant, Gap 360 will refund any money already paid, up to the grant amount and upon request
The travel grant cannot be used to refund the cost of any Gap 360 trips previously completed
All bookings using the travel grant must be made over the phone with a Gap 360 Travel Advisor
