This morning you will meet your guide and new group of friends. We'll help you get set up with your Aussie bank account, phone number and Tax File Number before heading off to explore the sights of Sydney. Tonight, we'll enjoy a delicious welcome dinner together.

We'll start the day with an introductory session on working holidays in Australia, covering everything to help you get started - plus, our top destination tips if you're looking to do more travelling. Get back to exploring Sydney, with an Aboriginal Culture Tour. Then make your favourite drinks at a cocktail-making class, before we head out to find some of Sydney's most delicious street food!

Today is one you will never forget! We adventure to Jervis Bay, with a stop off at Australia's first National Park and a drive along Sea Cliff Bridge. Then, we will arive at Jervis Bay, which is renowned for the whitest sand in the world, we'll enjoy a magical dolphin cruise.

Get ready to hit the waves this morning, with an included surf lesson at a local surf camp. This evening, we will make our way back to Sydney.

Today we have a 1-to-1 job support session planned for you to chat about work opportunities, accommodation options and any future travel plans. Then this evening we're heading out for a farewell meal, celebrating both the memories made and this exciting new chapter of your life!

Our trip finishes today, but your time in Australia is just beginning! There are no activities planned for today, so travellers are welcome to depart at any time.

After your first 7 days exploring Sydney and surrounding areas, you can begin focusing on securing your new job down under. On the tour, you will have received a thorough 'Work in Oz' presentation from your group leader. They will offer one-to-one advice on your CV and interview skills and make sure you feel prepared to find the perfect job. The local team will also ensure that you have an Australian bank account, Australian SIM card and Tax File Number sorted too.

Throughout your time in Australia, our job offices have friendly staff who are dedicated to supporting you. If you have specific training or qualifications that need completing for jobs, they can explain what is needed and book you onto any courses. You will also have unlimited access to a jobs board, where amazing opportunities are posted daily.

Ready for your Aussie working holiday? Touchdown in Sydney, then meet your new travel crew and group leader tonight. Enjoy a welcome dinner before we grab drinks on the rooftop, raising a toast to all the memories we're about to make!

You've seen it online, but nothing compares to the real thing! Tick off Sydney's most famous highlights, from Sydney Opera House to Darling Harbour and The Rocks neighbourhood. Take an Aboriginal heritage walk at the Royal Botanic Gardens, a green oasis in the heart of the city. Tonight's vibe is delicious street food and lantern lights in Spice Alley, aka Sydney's best-kept secret.

Chat with our working holiday specialists, with employment advice to help answer any questions you may have. Prefer to do your own thing? You can take this as a free day to explore Sydney however you want.

No Sydney break is ever complete without Bondi, so we'll do you one better. Two iconic beaches, one stunning coastal trail and a full day to sleep, swim, repeat! Bring that book you've been meaning to read, or grab a smoothie bowl at the local cafes. As for tonight, we have a sunset picnic planned at Dudley Page!

It's our final day together, so let's make it count. Escape to Manly, a beachside neighbourhood that all the locals love (and soon you will, too!). Soak in the sunshine, go shopping at the boutiques, or optionally hire a surfboard if you fancy those ocean waves. Back in Sydney's city centre, our adventure ends upon arrival.

After your first 5 days exploring Sydney, you can begin focusing on securing your new job down under.

Second and Third Year Visas

Due to the free trade agreement between the UK and Australia, British citizens can apply for up to 3 working holiday visas without the need to do rural/farm work to be eligible. This allows British citizens to stay in Australia for up to 3 years in total. Each visa is granted separately and is valid for 1 year. Second and third year visas can be done consecutively, but they don't need to be. As long as you meet the standard age and eligibility requirements you can apply at any time, either from Australia or abroad. We can help you apply for the first year visa, but you will need to apply directly for any second or third year visas yourself once you have started your first year visa in Australia.

For more information, check out our Ultimate Guide to the Working Holiday Visa Australia.

Visa rules and regulations are subject to change. Please check the relevant embassy websites for up to date information.
