Marketing Executive PPC Manager PHP Web Developer

 

Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Executive who wants to take ownership for developing their skills and experience whilst being given the opportunity to work on a number of interesting tasks & projects.

Work will be focused around delivering a compelling experience for our target audience – hooking them in with creative messaging that stands out, engaging them on our website and social platforms, continuing the ‘conversation’ via email / social and, ultimately, presenting them with such a compelling opportunity that they can’t say no! You won’t simply be coming up with ideas, you also need to be someone who executes on them and ‘gets stuff done.’

You will be the classic ‘self-starter’ and should have some examples of content (design / photography / copywriting etc) that you can show us.

Personal requirements:

  • Curious – both creatively and analytically (we’re not simply about posting pretty pictures, you’ll need to dig into the numbers too)
  • Takes ownership
  • Thinks differently – you’ll want to understand our audience’s psychology and the deeper reasons behind their purchasing decision

PPC Manager

We are looking for a PPC Manager to improve and develop mature accounts across our range of brands, driving increased volumes of business across existing channels in addition to exploring and testing new ones.

You’ll be data-driven, experienced with test & learn methodology but also understand, appreciate and enjoy the ‘fluffier’ areas of digital marketing.

Essential

  • Substantial experience in paid search management
  • Have utilised some degree of PPC automation
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution
  • Experience of drawing on multiple data sources (not just GA) in order to make decisions
  • Strong user of excel, potentially BI tools (or have an interest in learning them)
  • Ability to work flexibly, on own initiative and as part of the team
  • Leadership qualities - whilst you will not be managing a team you need the ability, confidence and analytical rigour to dictate where we utilise our resource (potentially across multiple digital marketing channels)
  • Wider marketing and strategic understanding (not necessarily formal, but you need to understand generally what ‘good marketing’ in 2019 is)
  • Pro-active in developing knowledge and experience

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to companies with a high volume of touchpoints and medium > long term sales cycle
  • Paid social experience

PHP Web Developer

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Development of websites using PHP 7+, MySQL, JavaScript ES6, JQuery & Ajax (OOP techniques would be useful)
  • Creation of fully responsive pages using HTML5 & CSS3 (SASS & Bootstrap)
  • Utilising JSON/XML web services & APIs
  • Managing source code with GIT (GIT Kraken/Source Tree/Sublime Merge etc...)
  • Keeping track of work via Club House (similar to JIRA)
