UK law requires travel organisers to provide financial protection for customers booking package holidays. This protection is set out in the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and is typically provided through organisations such as ABTA, ATOL (for flight-inclusive trips), or ABTOT.

Gap 360 is a brand of Adventure360 Ltd, which is a member of ABTOT; the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust. Our ABTOT membership number is 5183.

We have provided a bond which ensures that any booking with us for a trip (one which does not include international flights from the UK), is protected from our financial failure. This means that if Adventure360 Ltd were to go bankrupt or cease trading, any money paid to us would be refunded to the customer.

ABTOT provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Adventure360 Ltd (membership number 5183), and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
•    Non-flight packages

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Adventure360 Ltd.
