Adventures in Asia

So, like I said, I’ve made it to South East Asia now! And it has been so cool and so busy in just the first week and a bit!
Starting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, exploring the magnificent city, casually seeing Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg before the Malaysian Grand Prix, seeing the Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Tower, the Chinese Night Markets, discovering delicious street foods and impeccable fakes- all just in two days!
Then hop on a bus to Hat Yai- buses with oodles of leg room, reclining chairs that are almost beds and air con to die for! Best 10 hours on a bus ever.
Hat Yai, Thailand. Thailand is such an amazing place that it is tricky to get it all done by yourself! With our short space of time we managed to get to Hat Yai, Koh Phi Phi and Koh Phangan (where we stayed in this really cool hostel that was also a Muay Thai Boxing arena!)- full moon party! – and finally Bangkok. Such beautiful serene beaches that come alive at night with fire dancers and buckets of drink. Bustling cities with night markets for bargaining and guesthouses for cheap accommodation. Such fun!
Then we catch up to where we are now- Cambodia. Here in Siem Reap to explore the Angkor Wat temples and other cultural beauties before heading off to what I’m looking forward to most- Vietnam!
