Days 1 to 2: Sydney

Touch down in one of Australia’s most famous cities - Sydney! It’s best to spend a couple of relaxing, introduction days here, ticking off your sightseeing bucket list. Cruise around Sydney Harbour on a catamaran, getting unique views of Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge, and feasting on a real Aussie BBQ. Hop over to Bondi Beach, and soak up coastal views on the iconic Bondi to Coogee walk.
Days 3 to 4: Port Stephens

Sandboarding, 4WDs and sunset picnics - that’s what your days in Port Stephens will look like. Port Stephens is a couple of hours north of Sydney, the ideal escape from the bustling city, allowing you to get to know your group. You may even catch a magical glimpse of dolphins playing in the waves!

Days 9 to 12: Byron Bay

We’re sure you’ve been waiting to get to the paradise shores of Byron Bay! This coastal town is a highlight on your Australia East Coast road trip, with soft sands neighbouring a laid-back surfer town. Here is the perfect place to pick up a new skill; we’ve got a surf lesson included in our Australia East Coast Adventure group trip!
Wake up early and walk to the iconic Cape Byron Lighthouse, the sunrise across the ocean is truly a sight to behold, and you may even spot Humpback Whales migrating from May to November. Keep wandering along the coast to stand at the most Easterly point in Aus and watch the morning surfers dotted along the shoreline.
Nights out in Byron Bay are some of the best along the coast. Stop at the viral dual piano bar to sing-along to your favourite songs!

Days 13 to 15: Surfers Paradise

Next up: where stunning coastline meets metropolis - welcome to the Gold Coast! Surfers Paradise mixes a lively city with a tranquil beach, where you won’t be able to resist a dip in the sea. The best view for sunset is from the SkyPoint Observation Deck. Grab a cocktail and watch as the sun goes down and the city buildings light up!

Days 16-18: Brisbane

Adventure up to the lively cityscape of Brisbane, a popular backpacker city, with a busy high street filled with the best Australian fashion brands, foodie highlights (this is the perfect spot to try your first Yo-Chi!) and lively nightlife. Once you’ve picked up a few new outfits, you’ll want to cool off at the city’s man-made beach.
In the evening, watch the sun set behind Story Bridge with a cold drink in hand, before singing your heart out at a karaoke bar.
Brisbane is the perfect place for a day trip to Australia Zoo - the Irwin family’s iconic zoo, famed for its crocodile shows and wildlife conservation.

Days 19-20: Noosa

Day 21: Rainbow Beach

One of the most popular activities that travellers choose to do here is a scenic flight over the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsundays. Settle into your window seat and watch as ocean views transform into the beautifully complex reef system down below, with breathtaking blue hues shifting beneath you. Marvel at the one-and-only ‘heart reef’ and Whitehaven Beach’s unique spiralling sand from above.

Days 29-30: Whitsunday Islands Cruise
