The prize offered by Gap 360 Ltd is:
- One prize of 1x space on Gap 360's 25-day Thai Adventure trip, with a £825 Flights 360 voucher to be used on return flights from UK to Bangkok, Thailand.
The £825 flights voucher must be redeemed with Gap 360's flights partner, Flights 360. £825 is the approximate cost of a return flight from London, UK to Bangkok, Thailand at the time of publishing. Any additional costs on the flights (beyond the £825 voucher), must be covered by the competition winner. If any remaining value is left on the voucher after the UK to Thailand return flights have been booked, the winner can redeem the remaining amount on a future flight booked with Flights 360. This is subject to availability and can be amended at any time by Gap 360.
Prizes must be redeemed for a trip start date between 1st April 2026 to 1st April 2027. At least 84 days' notice must be given between booking the trip with Gap 360 and the trip start date.
Gap 360 reserves the right to swap the trip(s) for a similar one in Gap 360's product portfolio.
The return economy flights from London, UK to Bangkok, Thailand, will be on the airline and route of Gap 360's sole discretion. Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at Gap 360's sole discretion.
The return Flights must be booked with Gap 360's flight partner, Flights 360. After the winner's trip space has been booked and confirmed, Flights 360 will contact the winner to confirm their flights. Flights 360 will quote for return flights which match best with the start and end date of the chosen trip date. Availability is live when the quote is given, and subject to change.
Once Flights 360 has quoted for flights, the winner must confirm their flights within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If the winner is unable to confirm their flights within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receiving the quote, the winner may be liable for any additional fees or costs. Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage or date changes) will be at the cost of the winner.
Transport to and from any airport is not included, unless otherwise noted in the trip inclusions.
A return transfer to the airport in Bangkok, Thailand airport is not included. This may involve booking a coach, train, private transfer, or other method of transportation at the winner’s own expense from the trip’s final ending point back to Bangkok.
If the winner chooses to extend their time in Thailand beyond the tour start or end date, any difference in return fare will be at the winner's own expense and the agreement of Gap 360.
The winners will provide a minimum of 50x images and 30x videos each, for use on Gap 360 Ltd's websites, blog pages, social media pages, marketing emails, press releases and any other marketing or press activities.
The winners grant Gap 360 Ltd permission to share all content they create or obtain during the trip on Gap 360 Ltd's marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures and the website.
Photos and video content must be provided by the winners no later than 4 weeks after their tour end date.
Travel insurance, airport transfers, visas, spending money, optional activities, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food or activities not included in the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
Successful applicants must be aged between 18-35 at the time of travel.
The winners must be citizens or residents of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.
The winner must be eligible to enter Thailand, and obtain any necessary visas. If the winners do not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winners to adhere to. If the winners are not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.
It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
If any portion of the prize is cancelled due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Gap 360 Ltd's control, no alternative prize shall be offered.
If the winners cannot travel on the selected dates or to the destination, they will forfeit their prize.

Employees of Gap 360 Ltd, their family members and anyone else connected with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The closing date for entry is 31st December 2025. Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to extend or amend this date at any time.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, prize trip or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.
The winner will be notified by social media and email or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
The winners must book their trip for a start date between 1st April 2026 and 1st April 2027. If a winner does not secure their trip within this timeframe, Gap 360 reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
Gap 360 Ltd will notify the winners when and where the prize can be redeemed.
The winner will be selected by Gap 360 Ltd, and the decision is final.
Gap 360 Ltd's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winners agree to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to a winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party, without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
