Best of Central America 2026 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The competition promoter is Gap 360 (company no. 7624349) whose registered office is at Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1W 9US.
2. The giveaway runs between 2nd March 2026 and 31st March 2026.
3. The giveaway can be entered by completing the form on this page here: https://www.gap360.com/win
4. The prize offered by Gap 360 is:
   - One prize of 1x space on Gap 360's 18-day Best of Central America trip.
5. Prizes must be redeemed for a trip start date between 1st May 2026 to 1st May 2027. At least 84 days' notice must be given between booking the trip with Gap 360 and the trip start date.
6. If you book the 18 or 30-day Best of Central America trip during the period of the giveaway, if you win, you will be credited the cost of the 18-day trip.
7. Gap 360 reserves the right to swap the trip(s) for a similar one in Gap 360's product portfolio.
8. Transport to and from any airport is not included, unless otherwise noted in the trip inclusions.
9. The winner will provide a minimum of 50x images and 30x videos, for use on Gap 360's websites, blog pages, social media pages, marketing emails, press releases and any other marketing or press activities.
10. The winner grants Gap 360 permission to share all content they create or obtain during the trip on Gap 360's marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures and the website.
11. Photos and video content must be provided by the winner no later than 4 weeks after their tour end date.
12. Travel insurance, flights, airport transfers, visas, spending money, optional activities, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
13. Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food or activities not included in the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
14. Successful applicants must be aged between 18-35 at the time of travel.
15. The winner must be a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.
16. The winner must be eligible to enter Mexico, Belize and Guatemala, and obtain any necessary visas. If the winner does not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
17. Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winner to adhere to. If the winner is not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.
18. It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
19. If any portion of the prize is cancelled due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Gap 360's control, no alternative prize shall be offered.
20. If the winner cannot travel on the selected dates or to the destination, they will forfeit their prize.
21. By entering this competition and supplying your email address, you are agreeing to receive newsletters, updates, and competition information from Gap 360. You may unsubscribe at any time.
22. Employees of Gap 360, their family members and anyone else connected with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
23. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
24. The closing date for entry is 31st March 2026. Gap 360 reserves the right to extend or amend this date at any time.
25. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
26. Gap 360 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, prize trip or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
27. Gap 360 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
28. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.
29. If the winner has already booked onto the 18-day Best of Central America trip since entering the competition, they will be refunded the cost of the 18-day Best of Central America on their start date.
30. The winner will be notified by social media and email or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. 
31. The winner must book their trip for a start date between 1st May 2026 and 1st May 2027. If a winner does not secure their trip within this timeframe, Gap 360 reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
32. Gap 360 will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
33. The winner will be selected by Gap 360, and the decision is final.
34. Gap 360's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
35. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
36. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
37. The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to a winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party, without the entrant’s prior consent.
38. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
39. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or any other social network. You provide your information to Gap 360 and not to any other party.
40. Gap 360 reserves the right to amend or remove this opportunity at any time, without prior notice.
