The travel insurance booking must be made between 3rd December 2025 - 31st December 2025, and you must be a booked Gap 360 customer and must have an upcoming trip booked with Gap 360.

Gap 360 Ltd does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels during transit, and will not be responsible for compensation of any lost items. Gap 360 Ltd is not liable for any failure to deliver Merchandise Packs due to events outside of its reasonable control (e.g. postal strikes, severe weather, supply chain issues).
Recipients must have booked a trip with a start date between 17th January 2026 - 31st December 2027 to receive a free Merchandise Pack. Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible if any parcels arrive late or after the recipient has already left the UK for their trip.
Gap 360 Ltd has the right to contact recipients via email to arrange the delivery of their free Merchandise Pack. Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for Merchandise Packs not received due to incorrect, incomplete or unresponsive delivery information provided by the recipient.
Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for any delays in email communications, including emails being caught in spam or junk folders.
Gap 360 Ltd is not responsible for any issues or warranties related to the World Nomads merchandise included in any packs.
The Gap 360 voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed on any currently booked trips by the recipient. The Gap 360 voucher can only be used on new trip bookings, and cannot be used on flights, insurance, visas or any other services provided by Gap 360 Ltd.
Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to request proof of an eligible trip booking and World Nomads insurance purchase before issuing any free Merchandise Packs.
Only one free Merchandise Pack may be claimed per customer, regardless of the number of trips or insurance policies purchased.
There is no cash alternative to the Merchandise Pack or Gap 360 voucher.
Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, including adjusting the number of packs available.
Gap 360 Ltd may reject entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements or appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.
