Start the morning right with our traditional cooking class, learning how to whip up some Albanian classics. And of course, Raki shots. Roll up your sleeves and get to it! Your afternoon is free to see what Tirana is all about, from historic castles to underground bunkers.

First up is Krujë, a small medieval town home to castle ruins and cobbled streets. Soak in the mountain scenery and get lost at one of Albania's oldest bazaar markets. Later, head to Berat. Wander along the riverside, admiring the unique architecture that makes it the 'City of a Thousand Windows.' The evening is yours... Berat was basically made for pub crawls.

Hit the road for Himarë, with a surprise nature spot along the way. Sapphire blue waters, golden shores... You're in the Albanian Riviera now. Get to know Himarë's stunning Old Town and climb up to the castle for views to match.

Rise and shine. It's not every day you go mountain hiking, but after this morning, you'll wish it was! Meet local shepherds, experience their traditional way of life, and enjoy lunch over alpine landscapes. This afternoon's plans? Straight to the beach.

Later, discover Athens' biggest highlights, from the Temple of Zeus to the Parthenon. Tonight? Celebrate late into the night with drinks and dancing at one of Athens' best rooftop bars. Did someone say more Greek island-hopping? We just couldn't stay away... Sleepy Paros is an island of dreams. Picture rural villages and white marble laneways. Get to know the port town of Parikia first, then dial up the adventure with optional windsurfing. Whatever takes your fancy.

Paros is packed with contrasts. This morning we'll head inland for olive groves, blossoming flowers and countryside life, drenched in sunlight. Then switch it up for Naousa and Kolymbithres Beach, home to the clearest water you've ever seen. Relax on the rocks, or let Paros surprise you.
