Win a working holiday to Australia Terms & Conditions

1. The competition promoter is Gap 360, part of Gap 360 Ltd (company no. 7624349) whose registered office is at Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1W 9US.
2. The prize is one 'Absolute Oz Jobs' working holiday trip, a working holiday visa, and an economy one-way flight from the UK to Sydney, either direct or indirect.
3. You must arrive in Australia and select an Absolute Oz Jobs start date, subject to availability, before 30th November 2022
4. Gap 360 reserves the right to swap the Absolute Oz Jobs trip for a similar one in Gap 360's product portfolio.
5. You must be a ticket holder/attendee of The Great Escape Festival in Brighton (May 2022) or The Aussie BBQ in London (May 2022) to be eligible to win this prize. Verification may be requested from the winner that they attended one of these events.
6. The one-way economy flight from the UK to Sydney will be on the airline and route of Gap 360's sole discretion, and will be provided by Gap 360's flight partner, Flights 360.
Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at Gap 360's sole discretion.
7. Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage) will be at the cost of the winner.
8. Transport to and from the UK airport is not included.
9. Travel insurance, visas, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
10. Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food, or activities not included within the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
11. Successful applicants must be aged between 18-30 at the time of travel due to working holiday visa restrictions.
12. The winner must be a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or Isle of Man.
13. The winner must be eligible to enter Australia on a working holiday visa. If the winner does not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
14. Gap 360 has the right to refuse the prize to an entrant for any reason, including but not limited to, where personal circumstances mean you are less likely to be granted a working holiday visa.
15. Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winner to adhere to. If the winner is not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.
16. It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
17. If the Absolute Oz Jobs is not able to operate on the winner's selected start date due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, the winner may select an alternative date
in 2022. Any reasonable flight cost changes will be covered by Gap 360 as part of the prize.
18. In the event the trip is not able to operate due to Covid-19 in-country restrictions the winner will forfeit the prize, but at Gap 360's sole discretion the redemption validity may be extended.
19. If for any reason the winner is unable to travel on the selected dates or to the destination they will forfeit their prize.
20. The winner must provide images and videos for Gap 360’s use on the website, blog pages, social media pages, marketing emails, press releases and any other marketing or press activities.
21. The winner grants Gap 360 Ltd permission to share all content the winner creates or obtains during the trip on Gap 360’s marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures and the website.
22. Photos and video content must be provided by the winner a maximum of 4 weeks after arrival in Australia.
23. In entering the competition by supplying your email address you are agreeing to receive newsletters, updates and competition information
from Gap 360. You may unsubscribe at any time.
24. Employees of Gap 360, their family members and anyone else connected in with the competition’s set-up, supply or management shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
25. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
26. Closing date for entry is 27th May 2022, however Gap 360 reserves the right to extend or amend this date.
27. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
28. Gap 360 reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
29. Gap 360 is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
30. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
31. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
32. The winner must book their trip for a departure before November 2022 and no later than 84 days before the trip start date. If the winner does not book their trip within this timeframe we reserve the right to withdraw the prize.
33. The departure date of the trip must be by 31st November 2022.
34. Gap 360 will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
35. The winner will be selected by Gap 360, and the decision is final.
36. Gap 360's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
37. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
38. Standard cancellation and amendment terms apply to any bookings with Gap 360.
39. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
40. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
41. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
42. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Gap 360 Ltd and not to any other party.
43. Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to amend or remove this opportunity at any time, without prior notice.
