This fantastic combo experience brings together our awesome 12-day Vietnam Adventure with our super-popular 12-day Bali Intro. It’s a spectacular Southeast Asian experience!

Vietnam Adventure (12 days)

Enjoy 12 days in Vietnam with a group of like-minded travellers and a knowledgeable guide. Discover hidden wonders and gorgeous landscapes in this fantastic country!

You’ll kick off in the unique atmosphere of Hanoi, with its maze-like alleys and bustling old town. After a rickshaw tour, you’ll strike out east towards the gorgeous limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay. Here you’ll enjoy an overnight cruise on a traditional Vietnamese junk boat.

Next up you’ll journey south to Ninh Binh, where you’ll explore the countryside by bicycle and discover the incredible Dragon Mountain viewpoint. Then it’s time for some retail therapy in lamp-lit Hoi An, famed for its many shops and cut-price tailors. After a crab-fishing experience and a cooking class, you’ll journey on to Ho Chi Minh City for 3 days of adventures. Enjoy a canoe trip along the famous Mekong Delta and check out the Cu Chi Tunnels, a sprawling network of underground passages used during the Vietnam War. On day 12, your tour ends in Ho Chi Minh City.

Please note: Depending on start dates, there may be a few days between the end of your Vietnam Adventure and the beginning of your Bali Intro. This is a great opportunity to do some independent exploration! Accommodation, meals and activities during these spare days are at your own cost.

Bali Intro (12 days)

Explore the best of Bali on this fantastic 12-day trip. Starting in the party town of Kuta, you’ll journey along the coast, stopping at beautiful temples and gorgeous beach locations on the way. You’ll witness stunning sunsets, chill out on golden sands, learn to surf, bathe beneath waterfalls, wander through rice paddies, and jet across the sparkling sea to spot dolphins – and that’s just in the first few days!

Next up, you’ll spend the night at a local homestay and learn traditional skills such as Balinese basket weaving. You’ll then transfer to the unspoilt Gili Islands and enjoy cycling, snorkelling and party nights galore! Your trip rounds off with 3 days on Ubud, where you’ll hand-feed wild monkeys, eat breakfast at sunrise on the slopes of a volcano, and relax with a traditional Indonesian massage. Vietnam

Arrive into Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi at any time on day 1. You will be met and transferred to your accommodation. 

You can arrive in advance of the start date and still take up the inclusive transfer if you book extra nights of accommodation through us. If you wish to arrive before the start date then please let us know this in advance.

Please note if your flight arrives before 7am on day 1 you will automatically be booked an extra night so you can check into your room immediately. Please budget approximately £10 for this as you will need to pay on arrival.

Your tour ends in Ho Chi Minh on day 12. A return airport transfer is not included but is easily arranged.

Bali

You will need to arrange your own arrival into Denpasar Airport in Bali at any time on day 1. An airport transfer is included and you will be picked up and taken to your accommodation in Kuta, where you can relax and meet the rest of your group.

You can arrive in advance of the start date and still take up the inclusive transfer if you book extra night's accommodation through us. If you wish to arrive before the start date then please let us know this in advance.

Your trip will finish on day 12 in the town of Ubud. A return airport transfer is not included but your guide can help arrange this for you. A transfer by minivan to Denpasar Airport takes around 1.5 hours. We recommend you do not book an onward flight out of Bali until around 1pm on day 12 at the earliest.

Vietnam

11 nights of twin, double or tripleshare accommodation are included on this tour, including 1 night on a traditional junk boat in Ha Long Bay and 1 night in a local homestay.

10 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 3 dinners are also included. You will need to purchase the rest of your meals yourself. This is a great opportunity to soak up Vietnamese culture and sample some local delicacies!

Please note: Depending on start dates, there may be a few days between the end of your Vietnam Adventure and the beginning of your Bali Intro. This is a great opportunity to do some independent exploration! Accommodation, meals and activities during these spare days are at your own cost.

Bali

All your accommodation is included during the Bali Intro. The accommodation is of a great standard, with incredible swimming pools, air conditioning and hot water. You will mainly stay in twin share hotel and hostel accommodation, with 2 nights in multi-share dorm accommodation.

8 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 2 dinners are included on this tour. Other meals on the trip are at your own cost. Dietary requirements can be catered for but please inform us of these at the time of booking.

If you wish to book extra nights of accommodation in Kuta before you arrive, we can book this for you at an extra cost. Please contact us for more details.

Our local team have installed safe refillable water stations at every overnight stop on this tour and also at many of the activity destinations as well. In an effort to reduce the use of single use plastics, we ask that you bring your own refillable water bottle with you on this trip.

This combo trip is designed for travellers aged 18-39.

British nationals will receive 45 days of entry to Vietnam visa-free on arrival. 

British visitors arriving in Bali (or anywhere in Indonesia) will be issued with a free visa on arrival, valid for a stay of up to 30 days. You must have a passport with at least 6 months’ validity from your arrival date and at least two pages available in your passport.

If you wish to stay in Indonesia for longer than 30 days, you will no longer be able to extend your visa in-country, so you will need to apply for a 60-day tourist/social visa in advance of travel. Please contact us for further details.
