Data Entry Administrator
Description of Role
To ensure that our clients receive excellent customer service by providing accurate information; responding to requests; resolving problems in a timely manner and building and maintaining good working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Training will be provided
Data Entry Keying.
How to split and manage the Customers paperwork.
Working as part of a team.
Accurate use of Microsoft Excel.
Chasing missing documentation.
Printing and sorting of customer documentation as and when required.
Emailing Client with any queries.
Making sure all queries are answered in quick time.
Checking colleague’s work prior to being processed.
Make sure all is complete and ready for Month End Final Dec.
Managing internal deadlines.
Audit check sheets are printed off, prior to sending out audit paperwork.
Making the Team Leader aware of any issue within Data Entry system or with clearance paperwork.
Level 2 qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
Office based working experience.
Experience of providing excellent customer services.
Proven IT skills i.e. MS. packages word and excel.
Ability to work in a busy working environment.
Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail with Data entry skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the Industry
Driving license holder / car owner.
