You will have a highly professional, efficient and friendly approach to processing customer orders and resolving queries. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader you will be pivotal in championing our excellent customer services standards.

Handling and resolving inbound calls placing an order
Answering and resolving 1st tier order processing phone calls
Processing order received by mail
Ensuring all customer contact and action is accurately logged on the system
Reporting processing errors to the Customer Service Team Lead
Fulfilling ad-hoc admin tasks as required
Updating spreadsheets and general data entry
Customer service experience
A professional approach and a genuine interest in helping customers with a polite, helpful and friendly attitude
Excellent data input skills, with a high level of accuracy
Patience and calmness under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
Well organised with good time-management skills
Ability to work as part of a team
