The Sales Consultant will engage with our customers through our defined sales process to understand, identify and educate our customers on the technology solutions that we provide.
The Sales Consultant will drive sales results and key metrics through providing a proactive and focused approach to each customer engagement. Whilst maintaining sales performance the Sales Consultant will provide a level of service that ensures our brand and reputation is promoted through the customers we serve in a positive and respectful manner.
A strong interest in new and emerging consumer and small business technology is a must as product knowledge is critical in achieving customer satisfaction and sales results.

Preferably (not essentially) have experience working in the telecommunications industry
Experience required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this role include a proven record of achieving KPI's and sales targets. A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in a sales and customer service consultant on a retail floor or similar sales environment.
