Your new role
As a Customer Service advisor you will be answering inbound calls from customers with duties including:
Following a set script to help handle enquiries
Message taking and transferring calls to relevant departments
Using in-house computer system to log and update information
Handling at times irate and upset customers & complaint handling
Providing excellent customer service at all times
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Customer service advisor with an excellent telephone manner. You will be able to multi-task e.g. typing up notes whilst speaking to customers and operating multiple systems at one time and have the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast paced and often high pressured environment.
