Internal Sales Executive
Generate leads/appointments for corporate sales managers as well developing new business over the phone.
Engage with new customers to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer.
Qualify new sales prospects.
Achieve KPI in terms of call volume, quality of call etc
Maintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfilment etc.
Work closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals
Capable of working to a scripted dialogue
Comfortable working to sales targets
Strong in objection handing and getting through to the decision maker
Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
Competent user of Microsoft Office
Ideal candidate will have previous background as a sales executive, sales agents or sales advisor.
