Survey Terms and Conditions

1. By completing the Gap 360 survey you are agreeing to receive newsletters, updates and competition information from Gap 360 Ltd. Unsubscribe at any time.
2. Typeform will act as a processor of your personal details to facilitate the survey.
3. All answers to the survey will be recorded anonymously.
4. One entrant will be randomly selected to win a £150 Amazon voucher. The winner will be notified by email on the 20th of June 2018 and must claim their prize by the 25th of June 2018. Failure to claim the prize within this time period will result in the winner forfeiting their prize and another winner being chosen.
5. On completion of the survey, each applicant will receive an email containing a unique discount code to receive £25 off their next trip booked with Gap 360.
6. The discount code is to be redeemed against programmes only and cannot be redeemed against travel insurance, visas or flights.
7. The discount code expires on the 31st of December 2018.
8. The discount code is valid on all trips departing on or before 31st of December, excluding Festival and Events trips and Skydive Australia.
9. Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers including sale prices, mates rates or other promotional codes.
10. To redeem your discount code programmes must be booked over the phone. Bookings made online are not eligible for the discount.
11. You must state your discount code at the time of booking. Discount codes cannot be applied post booking or back dated.
12. Gap 360 Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and end the survey at any time and without prior warning.
