Day 1: Begin in Boston
Your USA adventure starts here! Make your way to the starting accommodation and meet everyone this afternoon for the first time, before our first group activity. Walk the Freedom Trail, visit "Little Italy" and catch a baseball game at Fenway Park!
Day 2: Boston to New York
Our next destination is the legendary New York City! Take a speedboat ride to see the Statue of Liberty, enjoy a group dinner at the beautiful Chelsea Market in the heart of Manhattan and finish the night gazing out at the enchanting skyline from Top of the Rock. Then you're free to do some sightseeing and shopping in Times Square!
Day 3: Explore New York
Stroll around Central Park this morning and take an unmissable guided tour around the MET, one of the world's most iconic art museums! Visit the Upper East Side and take an epic tour around Brooklyn and its famous bridge. Enjoy a free evening in NYC which you could use to catch a Broadway show or experience the incredible nightlife.
Day 4: Philadelphia
Board a train from Penn Station to Philadelphia this morning. After a lunch of classic Philly Cheesesteaks, enjoy some time to chill at the hostel or go for a stroll to see the Liberty Bell and the Declaration of Independence. Then this evening, we'll meet on the famous Rocky Steps outside the Museum of Art before heading onto the laidback neighbourhood of Fishtown for a night out!
Day 5: Washington DC
Our next stop is Washington DC, the United States' capital! Today we'll take a walking tour around all the city's monumental attractions - from the White House to the Washington Monument. Fill up on delicious cuisine like soul food and chilli bowls. And as it's our last night on the East Coast, why not celebrate with an evening out in U Street or the Adams Morgan neighbourhood?
Day 6: Las Vegas
Board a flight to Las Vegas and transfer to our glamorous accommodation, the one and only Luxor Hotel on the Vegas Strip! Enjoy a group dinner at the classic Café Hollywood and catch the magnificent Bellagio water show. Then it's a free night for you to explore Las Vegas' spectacular bars, casinos and nightclubs. Remember, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!
Day 7: Arizona & Route 66
Today we'll drive the legendary Route 66 through the American Wild West. Stop at the Las Vegas sign and the small town of Seligman, which inspired Disney-Pixar film Cars! This evening, we'll have a barbecue dinner followed by s'mores around the campfires.
Day 8: Grand Canyon and Las Vegas
This morning we'll depart for America's most iconic national park, the Grand Canyon! It's named one of the world's Seven Natural Wonders, and after exploring the vibrant red landscapes, it's easy to see why. Explore the stunning Southern Rim and check out the incredible variety of scenic hiking trails for all paces and abilities. Then this evening we'll stay on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas; it's perfect for another wild night out!
Day 9: Arrive in Los Angeles
Hop on a bus this morning to Los Angeles, a gorgeous city that needs no introduction! This evening, we'll wander through the lively 3rd Street Promenade, fill up on tacos and go for a sunset stroll on the beach - all before our epic arcade challenge at the iconic Santa Monica Pier!
Day 10: Discover Los Angeles
Start the day with a volleyball class on the beach. Later this morning, we'll take the metro into central LA - starting with Sunset Boulevard! Follow the legendary Walk of Fame ahead of some free time this afternoon. Then this evening, we'll hike to Griffith Observatory for an extraordinary view of Los Angeles' city skyline.
Day 11: San Francisco
Today we'll take a flight from Los Angeles to our last destination on this sensational tour around the USA... San Francisco! This diverse and culturally unique city is where you can experience an incredible combination of adventure, shopping, nightlife and nature. Our accommodation is located right on the famous San Francisco Bay, and you can even spot the Golden Gate Bridge from here!
Day 12: Finish in San Francisco
It's our last day officially together, so let's end it on a high! This morning starts with an unforgettable bike ride across the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, offering the most mesmerising views of San Francisco. We'll arrive back at Pier 39 this afternoon, as it's time to say goodbye.

We suggest that you arrive the day before in case of flight delays (we can advise you with booking pre-trip accommodation). Boston’s main airport is Logan International Airport (BOS) and there is a fast airport shuttle service which you could take to reach downtown Boston, where our starting accommodation is located.
This trip ends on Day 12 in San Francisco at around 2pm. However, you can book extra nights of accommodation so you can explore more of San Francisco and join some optional activities! You could even stay for a couple of extra days and take a day tour to Yosemite National Park; contact a travel advisor for more information as this activity must be booked in advance.
Accommodation
11 nights’ accommodation is included for this trip. You’ll stay in an amazing mix of hostels and hotels, including 1 night in a Vegas Casino hotel and 1 night in cosy cabins in the desert! Accommodation is on a multi-share basis with rooms typically being mixed sex. All accommodation is subject to change.
Room upgrades are available if you are travelling solo or as a pair, and you can also book an extra night of accommodation before or after the trip. To do this, contact one of our travel advisors for more information.
Meals
5 lunches and 5 dinners are included for this trip. For the remainder of the meals, you will have the chance to try a diverse variety of cuisines across different states!
You’ll need to be a minimum of 18 years old to participate in this trip.

If you’re under 21, you won’t be able to enter bars, clubs or other establishments where alcohol is served. It’s recommended that even if you are over 21, you always carry a valid form of ID.
