Hostel Receptionist

Experienced Front Office Receptionist!

We are a medium sized backpackers' hostel in the Sydney Haymarket Area.
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist with backpacking experience. Must have 3 months experience with a knowledge of Receptionist computer systems
Hourly pay is $21+ per hour plus super! Casual and part time hours available. Rotating shifts.

Responsibilities Include:
• Front office administration duties
• Responding to guest requests 
• Adhering to hotel customer service standards
• Maintain Guest History
• Check-ins/ outs
• Assist departing groups with luggage

To be successful in this role:
• Min of 3 months in similar role
• Quick learner
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong skills promoting and selling accommodation and facilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of reception process (experience with any Front office system is an advantage)
• Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
• Ensure high level of presentation in all accommodation areas.
• A strong attention to detail
• Be a team player
