Lovely, professional family based in Burwood Melbourne is looking for an experienced Au Pair or live-in Nanny to help care for their 2 and 4 year olds and also helping mum with their 4 month old baby.

Dad is a Doctor and mum is a lawyer (currently on maternity leave) we are looking for an experienced Au pair or Nanny who is confident to care for the older children but is also confident with newborns to assist mum sometimes,

The family currently have a part time nanny who assists most mornings so you will be required mostly during the afternoons/early evenings and some hours some weekends if the Dad is on call.

The family have a lovely home in Burwood and the nanny/au pair will have a private bedroom with desk, storage WIFI and TV. Burwood is about 30-45 mins drive to city and is close to Deakin Uni with regular trams to the city and buses to shops etc. There are lots of shops/parks in this family orientated and safe suburb.

In addition to great accommodation and meals, weekly wage will be approx $350 per week for an average of 35 hours. This is negotiable depending on experience, more hours may be available next year if/when mum returns to work.

You will be motivated and driven to meet targets and ensure compliance with regulations. The family have a beautiful large newly renovated home with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a granny flat also. They also have an extremely large pool, spa and a cave with a waterfall that the children love to jump off! There are 3 dams on our property and we have lots of room to go walking or go down the dam and watch the ducks and kangaroos.

The Au Pair will have their own accommodation in the granny flat with air-con & double bed with some cupboards for storage. You will also have a car for your own use.

However, you will have full access to your own separate farm cottage with 3 queen size rooms, bathroom, separate lounge and laundry (Currently sharing with another girl who works on the farm). In addition to your own accommodation you will have access to their own fresh beef and vegetables. You will receive minimum of $650 (before tax) per week for 50 - 60 hours work plus super. The hours required will be Monday to Friday. The role also includes school bus drop off/pick up, light house duties including entertain the children, basic cooking for the children, and help with laundry.

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, confident, active and firm with young children and who is very comfortable with remote farm lifestyle. As a site supervisor for this company you will be responsible for managing a roll out of internal fitouts and refurbishments across a range of commercial premises. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple subcontractors across multiple locations and ensuring your program of fitouts proceeds to a tight programme and to the clients expectations. The ideal candidate will be trade qualified and have at least 2 years supervisory experience on commercial refurbishments. Your new role

Flexibility is required for this position as the husband works on a rotating day and night shift roster. For this reason the schedule will change from week to week. The wife works part time and also has her own business.

Pay is $300 per week plus meals and accommodation for up to 40 hours.

They require an experienced Au Pair who has experience with babies and younger children, who is mature and reliable yet outgoing and fun for the kids. Being a busy family they do have a schedule they try to stick to and the will required help with light household duties.

Tidying up, ironing, hanging out washing, sweeping etc, & feeding animals.

Farm Hand - Horse Experience needed

We are currently looking for a farm hand on our cattle ranch. We are located 1 hour north of Tamworth. You will be required to do some general farm work and need to have the confidence to ride horses.

We can sign off for regional work!

Your duties will include mustering cattle, driving motor bikes and feeding the animals. We can provide full time hours 6 days a week and you will receive the award rates, this will be discussed when you arrive out to the farm.

The positions available are for experienced horse riders to help with cattle mustering (working with cattle an advantage).

You will get accommodation in a separate house with all facilities provided. We would prefer to hire people looking for 3 months work however we can negotiate.
