We put our customer at the heart of everything that we do, serving more than 300,000 motorists each year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are running a New Year Recruitment Drive for multiple Inbound Sales Consultant roles (6-12 month Contract Full Time and Part Time roles) to join our exciting new Sales Centre based in Alexandria, only 500m from Green Square station. Based within our Customer Solutions team, you will contribute to the success of our Sales Team through your natural ability to communicate with people and your desire to maximise every opportunity that comes your way!

Full training is provided (first two weeks – full time hours) as well as ongoing coaching and support to ensure you get the most out of our Commission Structure!

We seek a confident, bubbly and motivated individual with:

A true passion for delivering customer delight;
An ability to work with defined KPI’s and desire to grown and improve;
Confident, engaging and a natural ability to communicate;
Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
Sales experience – preferably within a contact centre;
Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
To be successful in this role, you will offer strong sales and customer service experience which means you can demonstrate your achievements through proven results. Previous Sales/Call Centre experience is not essential however favourable.

A few things to note:

Working holiday VISA holders are welcome to apply.
There is no parking available onsite and street parking is limited.
A service station, fast food restaurant, IGA and cafés are opposite the location.
Opportunities to work overtime on Saturday and Sunday available at our Padstow site.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend an Assessment Centre on the 31 January 2018.
