Your new role
As a contract administrator, you will be responsible for contract administration duties for a commercial highrise construction project, sending out drawings, procurement of suppliers, trade selection, document checking, overseeing contracts, progress payments and processing claims and ensuring the client has enough coverage for suppliers etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture
* Bluebeam or Jobpac Software experience
* 3+ years’ strong residential or commercial experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Enthusiasm to work within the team and work cooperatively.

Our client a reputable Tier 2 Builder with over 30 years within the industry have excellent relationships and a solid pipeline or work. Due to project workloads, they are looking to expand their team and require a Structures Foreman as they enter the structures stage of one of their latest projects in Western Sydney.
Your new role
Based on site in you will be managing a number of different trades and you will be responsible for contractor co-ordination and overall site management as you lead the project through the structures phase. You will manage programming and be responsible for all HSE and QA requirements.
The successful candidate will have previously worked for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Builders and have a solid Structures background ideally on large-scale commercial projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Structures experience across commercial, industrial, aged care or education projects - $80M+
* Trade background essential
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* High attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
* Enthusiasm to work within the team and work cooperatively
